The warranty is covered by Canadian Spa company and is an extension of your current warranty, from the date of expiry, for an additional 2 years for £650. This covers you for any service charge (£150 per call out + service) during the period plus will ensure that if any parts** require replacement, you are fully covered. A pump alone can cost around £600.
